Here is the agenda for tomorrows meeting.  I would ask that Jim prints a copy for each of you tomorrow.  For go the action list it is not updated since I am on my portable computer. Also my hope is that Sharon has the minutes of the last meeting.

I apologize for not being there and being pretty tough to get things done.  I have to take my daughter to soccer at one end of the county and my son James to another soccer practice.  Lori has in service training and I have quite a list to get through while she is gone.  Unfortunately I am at the height of my child rearing and a lot of things are taking a back seat. 

 

I do plan to come spray the church for weeds and the bank this week.  If I get time I will trim the bushes around the circle.  Jim should plan to winterize the sheds at some point and change the lights in the parking area. We really need to get a letter out to the scouts and determine a game plan recouping some costs pertaining to the scouts.
