Folks,
I have pieced together an agenda.  I am not sure of all the activities since I am up to my eyeballs in baseball right now.  I am sure the roof was taken care of and we are on the way for the doors.  I will not be present at this meeting. I have two games that night as well as soccer so I will be booked till dark.
I would ask Roseanne to print for Tuesday night and also that Jim bring the calendar, room schematic and calendar to the meeting.
